Sesame Fruit and Vegetable Boxes is a non-profit community initiative that brings together groups of participants to buy fruits and vegetables at a reasonable price. Sesame boxes allow families to save 30-40% on their grocery bill.

PROMIS offers two deliveries a month.

The boxes are accompanied by recipes and cooking tips that are easy and economical.
We offer you three sizes of boxes adapted to your needs:

  • small 8 $
  • medium 12 $
  • large 18 $

How does it work? It’s simple!

  • Join the program,
  • Order and pay for your boxes at the reception counter of PROMIS or at the Food Action office,
  • On the delivery date, pick up your boxes at PROMIS Food Action, from 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm.

Please don’t forget to bring your reusable bags!
