We’ll help you find a job you enjoy and keep it for the long haul.

Our support services include:

  • Advice on finding employment based on your skills and experience.
  • Putting you in contact with potential employers.
  • Helping you prepare important documents like your CV and cover letter.
  • Conducting mock interviews with an advisor.
  • Career reorientation.
  • Returning to school.

This service is for you if you are a:

  • Naturalized Canadian citizen (less than 5 years)
  • Permanent resident (less than 5 years)
  • Temporary worker with an open work permit (less than 5 years)
  • Refugee with a Notice of Decision (less than 5 years)

This service is only available to people living in Montreal.

You will also be guided towards other PROMIS services as needed, like regionalization and French courses.
