If you don’t have anyone to help you out, PROMIS is always here.

Start off on the right foot with tailored support

Before you start thinking about how to thrive in Quebec, you’ll need to take care of your basic needs.

We offer a variety of support services:

We will also guide you towards other PROMIS services as needed, such as employment assistance and French courses.
