Free cooking and nutrition workshops for children in grades 4 and 5 of primary school.

Come learn how to cook delicious and fun food with us!

The goal of the workshop is to teach healthy eating habits to children in grades 4 and 5 by preparing simple and fun meals that they can eat with their families or at school for lunch. The workshops are free and all ingredients are provided.

***The workshops are reserved for children from schools in Côte-des-Neiges.***

The activity will be once a week for a period of 9 weeks.

Four schedules are offered:

• Group 1: Tuesdays from 4:30PM to 6:30PM
• Group 2: Wednesdays from 4:30PM to 6:30PM
• Group 3: Thursdays from 4:30PM to 6:30PM
• Group 4: Fridays from 4:30PM to 6:30PM

Workshops begin the week of April 29, 2024.
