How to make the most of our immigrant-facing services
Want to take advantage of PROMIS’ services to help you successfully integrate into Quebec? We’re here to support you as you build your new life. And we’ll guide you every step of the way.
Make an appointment
The first step towards using our services is selecting make an appointment and filling out the form. You can also make an appointment by speaking with one of our agents on the phone: 514-345-1615 ext 3275. You will hear back from us within 48 hours.
Follow up on your request
Our appointment intake team will reach out about your eligibility and conduct an overview of your needs. If you are eligible to receive services from PROMIS, we will book you an appointment with an advisor either via video call or in-person at our office.
Meet with an advisor
A PROMIS advisor will evaluate your needs in-depth. We will provide warm, personalized support while you apply for our services, then we will inform you about next steps and guide you to the appropriate resources within PROMIS. If ever you need additional support, we will point you towards the right people.
Use our services and participate in activities
Once we have identified which services best suit your needs, you can dive right in. There’s no limit on the amount of time you can spend as our client and you can always add more services to your mix. For example, if you’re enrolled in French courses and participate in lunchbox workshops during your first year in Quebec, you can still use our regionalization service in your third year.
