Services for asylum seekers

If you are in the process of obtaining your status in Canada, the PROMIS appointment scheduling team can meet with you to assess your situation and see if you are eligible for some of our services. If we can’t help you, we’ll refer you to other more appropriate resources.

Access to our services depends on certain criteria:

Your current situation and needs
Where you live in Quebec
Support you’re receiving from other organizations

As an asylum seeker, you may be able to access certain one-off and referral services including:

Group meetings to discover employment opportunities
Registration for French courses
Family support
Food action
